Quite a few people new to owning and managing websites often make common mistakes regarding games & content. Avoiding the following common mistakes will increase your website's chance of success:

-WIP's or Beta's:
It happens quite often where a webmaster creates a websites for their custom games, but either has no games available, server offline, or they're very incomplete, which will run your visitors away and make them never come back!

-Over Official:
New webmasters like to copy big, successful websites or just go over official themselves, as if they're some big corporation, this can make it hard to find what you're looking for or scare visitors away altogether.

-Preloaded Games:
It's free to take games off of almost any big gaming website, but using these or other preloaded games that anyone can get won't make your website any better than one of those already big websites.

-Over Moderating:
Maybe you have a pretty good online game? Alot of people can screw these up and scare their visitors away by bugging players everytime they log on or being way to strict, both are extremely annoying.
